Michelle Morrison is an Assistant Research Scientist at the University of Maryland Center for Advanced Study of Language. Her primary areas of interest are in language description and documentation, with particular focus on languages of East Africa. Her research has touched on a number of different languages, including Somali, Swahili, and Bena, among others.
