The University of Maryland Hearing and Speech Clinic is proud to offer a new group for clients with Parkinson's disease, our LOUD For LIFE:

 

Practice using your LOUD voice!

This group is designed for people who have completed LSVT LOUD program and would like to practice using their LOUD voice in a fun, supportive, and encouraging group environment. Groups meet weekly during the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. Groups are conducted by graduate clinicians and supervised by licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologists.

 

What is LSVT LOUD?

LOUD is a treatment program designed to help improve speech intelligibility. It was originally designed for people with Parkinson's Disease, but it may also benefit others with certain neurological speech disorders. Contact the clinic for more information.
