This year, the Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) at UMD will participate in the Walk 4 Hearing, hosted by the Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA). SAA will walk to increase awareness about hearing loss, help to end the stigma associated with it, and raise funds to provide information and support for people with hearing loss.

The walk will take place on Saturday, October 20 at the National Harbor at 149 National Plaza, Oxon Hill, MD. Registration is at 9:00 am and the walk will begin at 10:00 am.  Please join us or consider donating to this great cause! To join our team or donate, click here. 

 Our goal this year is to raise $5,000 as a team. Similar to previous years, if you raise $100 or more individually, you will receive a free t-shirt at the walk.
