Congratulations to Professor Colleen Worthington!

This past Friday, Professor Worthington, HESP Clinical Professor and Director of Clinical Education in Speech-Language Pathology, gave the keynote address in the Advancing Women in PTK Leadership event. Professional Track (PTK) Faculty are faculty members who, despite not being on the tenure track, make significant and far-reaching contributions to UMD's goals. Professor Worthington was the first ADVANCE Professor for PTK Faculty and has been a long-time advocate and supporter of PTK women in leadership roles. As she prepares to retire, her keynote included reflections on her career at UMD and insights on where more work is needed to advance PTK women in leadership roles.
