Supporting Needs for Care Partners of Persons with Dementia and Hearing Loss

We invite you to participate:
This study aims to better understand the role of primary care visits and their impact on hearing care detection and service use among individuals with cognitive impairments like Alzheimer’s Disease or Related Dementias. Older Adults and their care partners will each take part in a 30 minute virtual interview about their healthcare needs and wants.

Older adults:
75 years old 
Cognitive Impairment 
Hearing Difficulty or Loss 
Regularly attend medical visits with one or more family member or unpaid friend (“care partners”) 
Agree to allow care partner to be contacted and participated in the study 

Care partners:
18 years or older 
Active care partner for eligible older adult patient 
Unpaid family member or friend of eligible older adult patient 
Attends appointments with older adult participant 

To show appreciation for your time, each participant will be given a $25 gift card after the interview
